  • Manage and grow important U.S. Federal Government and defense customer relationships.
  • Serve as the primary commercial relationship owner throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Develop trusted relationships with program managers and senior mission stakeholders.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer priorities and funding environments.
  • Represent Spire in customer engagements and executive-level discussions.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in account management or related customer-facing roles.
  • Experience managing strategic customer relationships in defense or government technology.
  • Knowledge of federal acquisition processes and government procurement practices.
  • Ability to operate in both classified and unclassified environments.
  • Familiarity with satellite, space, and national security technology sectors.
