- Tenant & Resident Relations
- Respond to tenant and owner inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle leasing inquiries, conduct tenant screenings, and assist with move-ins and move-outs.
- Prepare and issue notices (lease renewals, delinquency notices, violations, etc.).
- Support tenant retention efforts and maintain positive resident relationships.
- Leasing & Lease Administration
🛠️ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience in residential, multifamily, or HOA.
- Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio preferred; Buildium, Yardi, or similar tools acceptable).
- Strong knowledge of leasing, move-out coordination, lease renewals, and evictions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and fair housing policies.
- Experience handling U.S.-based property management clients.
- Background in accounting support (rent ledgers, AP/AR).
- Previous experience in vendor management and contract review.
- Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.
