Full job description
monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
About The Role
You will own the technical capabilities of our partner ecosystem in APJ. You will work with strategic partners to build partner practices, create scalable solution IP, and set the delivery standard that drives partner-sourced ARR, AI/platform attach, and customer outcomes. You are a technical authority and a commercial thinker who understands what makes a partner practice profitable and worth investing in.
This role is based in Sydney and reports to the Head of Partnerships, APJ.
What you will own
Work with strategic partners (GSIs, SIs, resellers, ISVs) to design their monday.com practice: offerings, service packaging, delivery model, and team structure.
Create packaged, repeatable solutions and reference architectures for priority verticals, enterprise transformation, and multi-product plays.
Build the AI and automation partner portfolio: use cases, blueprints, and accelerators partners can resell and deliver without us.
Define the partner delivery methodology, implementation standards, and quality gates.
Assess partner delivery readiness and run remediation where quality is inconsistent. Provide input into tiering decisions.
Drive partner capability to deploy and scale AI use cases in customer environments, creating expansion and consumption.
Run operating cadence on partner capability: scorecards, certification coverage, delivery health, and solution adoption.
How success is measured
Number of partners certified and independently delivering at target tier
Partner delivery quality: time to value, CSAT, rework rate, and retention of partner-delivered customers
AI and platform attach rate in partner-led deals
Adoption and reuse of partner solution IP
Partner services attach and practice revenue growth
