Continuous Improvement & Training

  • Develop, implement, and improve employment policies, procedures, and playbooks globally to ensure alignment with our company culture, values, and legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Proactively embrace and leverage AI and other technologies to drive operational efficiency and enablement across our legal workflows.

  • Develop and deliver global training programs for HR professionals, managers, and employees to drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring:

  • An undergraduate law degree from a reputable European university; additional post-graduate qualifications or certifications in European employment law are highly desirable.

  • Active legal credentials or certifications in a European jurisdiction.

  • 5+ years of experience handling European labor and employment law issues, ideally with a combination of working in-house at a multinational tech company and at a prestigious European law firm.

  • Strong technical knowledge of European employment and labor law and regulations, works council and trade union consultation processes, and country-specific legal frameworks and practice (experience in France is highly desirable).

  • First-class business acumen and the ability to align legal strategies with business objectives in order to provide high quality practical advice and guidance to a wide range of global stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to simplify complex legal concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Strong curiosity, competence and willingness to embrace AI and emerging technologies to elevate the quality, speed and efficiency of legal work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
