The company is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join their Integrations Platform team. This role is responsible for the architecture, scalability, and reliability of the systems powering integrations, agents, and workflows across the platform.
The engineer will work across the full stack, including SDKs, developer tooling, backend services, and distributed agents, while setting the technical direction for a rapidly evolving platform. This is a high-autonomy opportunity for someone who has built and scaled developer-facing platforms and wants to influence both technical architecture and engineering culture.
Build and operate the Kubernetes platform for model training, evaluation, and reinforcement-learning workloads, owning scheduling, networking, runtime isolation, storage, reliability, and observability.
Own and evolve production infrastructure, CI/CD, and reliability foundations, operating AWS and PostgreSQL systems while shaping architecture and resolving distributed-systems challenges as the platform scales.
Build and operate core components of a managed Kubernetes platform, extending Kubernetes with APIs, controllers, operators, and automation for isolated clusters supporting AI training and inference.
Design and optimize scalable platform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tools while improving reliability, security, and developer experience; provide technical leadership and guide strategic platform decisions.
Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise web platforms during night-shift operations, owning production incidents, React and Next.js applications, Contentful delivery, CI/CD deployments, and third-party integrations.
