We are looking for a Technical Recruiter based in Ethiopia to help us identify and recruit talented software developers.
This role focuses on sourcing and identifying qualified developer candidates across Ethiopia. You will help build a strong pipeline of engineering talent by posting jobs, proactively reaching out to candidates, and leveraging your local network.
This is an hourly contract role with flexible hours, ideal for someone with experience recruiting developers or working within the Ethiopian tech ecosystem.

Requirements
Run full-cycle recruiting for Sales Engineers and Solutions Engineers, sourcing and assessing technical pre-sales talent while partnering with hiring leaders to keep searches moving.
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles, partnering with department managers to identify hiring needs, source and assess candidates, and build a strong talent pipeline.
Own Headway’s early-career technical recruiting program, from university partnerships and campus events to intern hiring, candidate experience, and offer conversion, while partnering with hiring managers to meet engineering hiring goals.
Own end-to-end technical recruiting across Engineering, Product, Design, and more, partnering with technical leaders to build talent pipelines, run rigorous interviews, close candidates, and improve hiring.
The Technical Recruiter develops talent strategies and leads full-cycle hiring for technical teams, partnering with hiring managers to source candidates, shape interview processes, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
