Full job description
monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organisations work and outpace their competition.
As the RevOps Manager, you will partner with the VP of Revenue Growth and their organisation - owning forecasting, planning, analytics and process. You'll be the source of truth for how the organisation is performing: building the models, dashboards and narratives that power forecast calls, planning cycles, business reviews and leadership updates, and surfacing the trends and opportunities that help drive revenue growth. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and building process where none exists yet.
About The Role
Strategic RevOps Partnership: Act as the trusted business partner to the VP and their leadership team (global renewals org, global XDR, and top of funnel initiatives), supporting day-to-day operations and GTM initiatives, and driving data-informed decisions.

Leadership Reporting & Operating Rhythm: Own dashboards, QBRs, business reviews and executive-ready materials, translating complex data into clear recommendations and business cases.
Process & Systems Improvement: Design and optimise processes for efficiency and scalability, and prioritise and implement enabling technologies that raise productivity across the organisation.
