Responsibilites

Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs, from scoping through delivery and handoff.

Define program scope, milestones, owners, and success criteria, and keep them current as priorities shift.

Drive a portfolio of strategic programs across growth, field operations, and product lifecycle.

Identify risks and dependencies early, surface trade-offs to decision-makers, and unblock teams.

Turn what we learn from each program into repeatable playbooks, processes, and tools the company can reuse.

Build clear program visibility, including dashboards, status reporting, and executive updates, so leadership always knows where things stand.
