Your Mission
As Talent & People Partner, you’ll attract and hire the people who will take Goodwall to its next stage, while ensuring our team of 35 feels supported, engaged and set up to do their best work. About 80% of your time goes to recruitment: we plan to hire around 8 people in 2027, from programme and partnerships roles to senior leaders. The rest goes to running our people operations so that every contract, onboarding and team conversation is handled well and on time.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for HR and corporate functions, advising hiring leaders on talent markets and search strategy while building candidate pipelines and mentoring recruiters.
Lead full-cycle recruiting across Plaid’s European business teams, build localized hiring strategies and processes, and advise hiring managers while delivering an inclusive, candidate-first experience.
Leads recruiting and staffing operations for federal contracts and company growth, advising leadership, managing the full hiring lifecycle, and building candidate pipelines for proposals, awards, and ongoing delivery.
Lead end-to-end executive searches for medical device field sales roles, advising sales leaders, identifying passive candidates, and delivering assessed shortlists with support from dedicated researchers.
Leads full-cycle recruitment for client roles, advising hiring leaders on talent markets and search strategy, building candidate pipelines, maintaining candidate engagement, and mentoring recruiters and team members.
