General Function/Role Purpose:
As a Software Development Engineer in Test II (SDET II), you will be a fully experienced quality engineer with complete knowledge of the specialization, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and reliability of ZoomInfo software products. You will be recognized as an automation Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team, performing work independently with minimal oversight and advising others on difficult matters.

Own end-to-end quality strategy by building test automation, integrating quality gates into CI/CD, and shaping release processes for reliable AI-powered product experiences.
Design and scale automated testing for software features, creating risk-based test plans, expanding regression coverage, and partnering with engineers to catch defects while maintaining release quality.
Design and scale automated test systems for Keeper Secrets Manager, validating APIs, SDKs, integrations, and cloud services while strengthening CI/CD quality, test framework reliability, and secure access workflows.
Build and maintain the frameworks, APIs, services, and CI tooling behind automated testing, enabling QA and product teams to run reliable, reusable tests and diagnose failures.
