- Own the strategy and day-to-day operations for the Upmarket mid-to-late sales funnel, shaping how opportunities progress from creation through close.
- Develop a strong point of view on sales processes, stage management, and workflows to improve conversion and sales efficiency.
- Evolve operational workflows and data supporting contracting and complex deal execution, ensuring clear paths from opportunity to close.
- Shape deal strategy and operational processes for complex sales motions, partnering with various teams to navigate opportunities.
- Lead sales forecast cadences and facilitate reviews with Sales leadership to assess pipeline health and deal-specific risks.
- Identify and lead strategic improvements to the mid-to-late funnel operating model using data and sales process expertise.
🛠️ Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions within B2B SaaS.
- Significant experience supporting complex Upmarket sales motions and opportunity-to-close processes.
- Strong experience with complex deal strategy, including pricing, approvals, and contracting workflows.
- Hands-on operating style with the ability to navigate opportunities, data, and seller workflows.
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functionally, building alignment across various teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
