Payment Specialist

We are growing our Implementation team in Tallinn and are looking for strong Application Consultants with a background in payments to help us manage large complex implementation projects with our banking and fintech clients.

What you'll be doing

Our expectations

1–3 years of experience in a junior technical, business analysis, or operational support role within fintech, banking, or IT consulting.

Basic understanding of payment processing concepts, messaging formats (e.g., SEPA, SWIFT, ISO standards), or transaction lifecycles.

Comfort reading API documentation (RESTful APIs, JSON) and using tools like Postman to inspect payloads and run basic troubleshooting queries.

Foundational understanding of databases and data management (SQL) to look up logs, run simple queries, and investigate issue root causes.

Great time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, follow structured workflows, and meet project deadlines.

High attention to detail when testing software, reviewing technical configurations, or analyzing transactional data.

Strong willingness and drive to learn the Tuum core platform in depth and build expertise in core banking technologies.

Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative, customer-oriented mindset.

Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
