Full job description

TeamViewer provides a leading Digital Workplace platform that connects people with technologyโ€”enabling, improving and automating digital processes to make work work better. Our software solutions harness the power of AI and shape the future of digitalization.

We believe that our diverse teams and strong company culture are key to the success of our products and technologies, that hundreds of millions of users around the world and around 645,000 customers across all industries rely on. With more than 1,900 employees worldwide, we celebrate the unique perspectives and talents that each individual brings to the table and foster a dynamic work environment where new ideas thrive. Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?

Responsibilities

As an associate product manager, you will take features from idea to launch, with guidance from senior product managers. You will work with engineering, UX, data, support, and go-to-market teams to help users get started with TeamViewer, find the features they need, and use them regularly.

  • Run in-app guidance and analytics: Build, launch, and maintain in-app guides, segments, and dashboards, and keep clear documentation of what is live.

  • Improve onboarding: Create clear onboarding journeys that help new users set up TeamViewer and reach their first moments of value.

  • Build customer habits: Identify the actions that bring users back, and design in-product experiences that encourage regular use.

  • Drive feature discovery: Define the ideal path from first use to full adoption, and help users find the features that matter most to them along the way.

  • Drive in-product upsell: Design and test in-product prompts and upgrade paths that show users the value of paid features.

  • Increase trial conversion: Find where trial users drop off and help more of them move to a paid plan.

  • Iterate and optimise: Use testing and data to keep improving onboarding, adoption, and conversion.

  • Support discovery and prioritisation: Combine customer research, product analytics, support signals, and competitive insight to identify and prioritise high-value problems.

  • Drive delivery and launches: Translate strategy into clear requirements and backlogs, and support go-to-market and feature teams as they release new features.

  • Align and influence: Make clear trade-offs across usability, scope, and time to market, and communicate decisions to cross-functional and senior stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Experience in product management, product analytics, growth, or a related role in B2B SaaS or software. Graduates welcome.

  • Working knowledge of product analytics, in-app guidance, funnels, and A/B testing, and the ability to discuss requirements and data with engineering.

  • Interest in designing clear user journeys for onboarding and upgrades.

  • Customer discovery, analysis, prioritisation, and data-informed decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work with engineering, UX, analytics, support, and marketing, translating technical constraints into product choices.

  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to write requirements, user stories, and short summaries of results.

  • Commercial awareness, an outcome-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn in agile, distributed teams.
