Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to provide critical administrative and operational support for our growing portfolio of government contracts, with primary focus on National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) programs and Department of War initiatives. This role will work directly with our Program Manager to handle day-to-day reporting requirements, client communications, meeting coordination, and deliverable tracking, enabling the program leadership to focus on strategic initiatives and technical program execution.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
Core recurring duties (daily reports, weekly metrics, meeting coordination, client communication, and administrative tasks) provide a consistent baseline workload. Beyond these scheduled activities, the role requires:
The variable nature of customer requests, the need for responsive communication with government stakeholders, and the administrative rigor required for government contract support create a genuine full-time workload. As the program portfolio expands with additional government agency contracts, this role will be essential to maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position with standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Daily reporting deadlines (11:00 AM ET) require consistent morning availability. Some scheduling flexibility may be available depending on workload and customer needs. Remote work options may be available depending on security requirements.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Final base salary for this role will be based on the location, skills, experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for annual equity awards and our employee benefits program, including vacation, sick, and personal time off; optional medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage; a 401(K) plan; health and wellness reimbursement program; and participation in Spireβs Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
