Full job description
About Us
At Remote Talent LATAM, we connect top Latin American talent with leading U.S. marketing agencies. We guide businesses and candidates through every step of the hiring process, ensuring the perfect match in skills, culture, and goals. While weโre not direct employers, we act as a trusted partner, bridging the gap between exceptional talent and growing opportunities.
Our client is a US marketing agency serving medical aesthetics practices: med spas, plastic surgeons and dermatologists. We help practices get found (websites, SEO, paid media), convert leads into booked patients (front-desk training, AI voice tools, CRM automation), and grow what each patient is worth (membership and consultation programs). The team is fully remote across the US, LATAM, South Africa and the Philippines.
We are moving to an AI-first delivery model and building the software platform that runs it. The founder is stepping out of day-to-day operations to focus on major relationships, partnerships and large deals, and runs the company on EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System).
The role in one paragraph
This is the founder's #2: the person who turns his vision into a plan, runs the company week to week, holds every leader to their numbers, and champions the culture, so the company runs without the founder in the daily work. Externally the title is Chief Operating Officer (EOS Integrator). Internally the seat is called the Integrator. It reports to the founder and leads the division heads (delivery, client conversion and growth, account management, AI systems and product, finance).
Why it's open: the company has outgrown a founder-led structure. Operations, processes and the leadership team need to be rebuilt, and this person leads that rebuild. Candidates should expect to build, not inherit, a mature operation.
