- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- AAPL membership preferred; RPL or CPL certification is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in energy management, land management, energy commerce, or a related field preferred.
- A law degree (J.D.) or in-house experience with an operator is a plus but not required.

We are seeking an experienced Vice President – Land to oversee and refine land operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. This role serves as the bridge between senior leadership, project execution, and client service, ensuring that workflows are optimized and that PLM continues to deliver high-quality land services. The Vice President – Land will oversee department managers, support high-level negotiations, contribute to business expansion efforts, and maintain operational consistency across the company.
