Own backend capacity modeling and infrastructure planning to help systems handle forecasted traffic and peak sales events, while guiding engineers, improving reliability, and setting technical quality standards.
Set workload safety standards for a large Amazon EKS fleet, build policy and automation to enforce them, and lead cross-team efforts that improve availability, latency, and infrastructure efficiency.
Define and enforce workload safety standards across a large Amazon EKS fleet, leading cross-team rollouts and improving workload reliability, cluster operations, availability, latency, and cost.
Design, build, and operate backend systems for Loki and Grafana Cloud, owning reliability and performance while delivering features, contributing to open source, and supporting distributed services in production.
