The Procurement Associate will collaborate with Privia’s Operations Team, care centers, and vendors to support growth of care center cost savings related to discounted pricing for medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals, and other goods and services. Related responsibilities include: management of participation reports; calls with new Operations Team members and care centers to discuss available savings opportunities; recurring calls with vendors to manage status around contract linking and cost savings analyses completion
The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10% . The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

Support the purchasing team with product procurement and a range of office, reception, and administrative tasks, while helping maintain accurate work and smooth day-to-day operations.
Supports procurement leadership and category managers with sourcing events, spend analysis, supplier performance reviews, and purchasing coordination to inform decisions and keep procurement activities on track.
Manage purchasing operations for marine spare parts by processing RFQs, sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, comparing quotations, tracking orders and deliveries, and maintaining accurate ERP records.
Manage replenishment, purchasing, inventory, and supplier relationships to maintain safe, high-quality material availability for production while improving service levels, controlling costs, and coordinating supply chain operations.
Manage domestic supplier relationships and sourcing initiatives, negotiate with vendors, monitor performance and compliance, improve processes, analyze cost savings, and support cross-functional business partners.
