- Manage a portfolio of 4–6 partner brands and lead their marketplace selling strategies.
- Run daily Amazon marketplace operations and apply expertise in platform capabilities and business levers.
- Assess competitors and develop strategies to maximize business growth.
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with brand partners.
- Coordinate with Operations on inventory and in-stock positions and with Advertising on brand-specific strategies.
- Deliver strong operational execution and lead a team of ecommerce professionals.

- Experience leading Amazon 1P efforts.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.

The Senior eCommerce Manager - 1P leads all aspects of Pattern brand partner go-to-market strategies. If you are great at nurturing partner relationships, developing and executing business plans, leading a team of ecommerce professionals, and increasing operational efficiencies, we want you to apply! This role will focus primarily on Amazon. This is a full time role that works a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah. Our in-office days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
