The Opportunity
The AP & Expenses Projects Analyst will play a key role in driving operational excellence, automation, and project coordination within our Accounts Payable and Employee Expense Management functions. This role sits at the intersection of finance operations and technology, focusing on streamlining processes, identifying efficiency gaps, supporting automation initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.

Coordinate IT and cybersecurity projects across technical teams, vendors, and clients by tracking schedules, deliverables, risks, documentation, and communications to keep work organized and on track.
Support power project development from site scoping through commissioning, coordinating with engineering, facilities, vendors, and contractors while tracking project details, real estate matters, and future capacity needs.
Supports power project development from site scoping through commissioning, coordinating engineering, facilities, vendors, and transaction details to help deliver electrical infrastructure and plan future capacity.
Leads People projects from planning through delivery, improving HR processes, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, documenting standard ways of working, and supporting change and continuous improvement.
Coordinate customer-facing Professional Services engagements from kickoff through closeout, managing scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource assignments while keeping customers and internal teams aligned.
