Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.
In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.
Neko needs its social channels to keep moving while the Creative Studio team in Stockholm is offline. This role owns social creative for the US: it takes an editorial system of content pillars and turns it into work that is shot, edited and published, so the feed stays distinct and coherent (Impact, not activity). You work directly with Ramiro on the visual language and with Marketing on strategy, copy and the editorial calendar.
By month 3: a steady shoot, edit and publish rhythm across the agreed content categorization with every post traceable to a pillar and its toolbox.
By month 6: a platform playbook agreed with Marketing, setting out audience and format per category for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn (Chase 10X, not 10%).
By month 9: content for a US location opening, shot on site with a videographer, from brief to published.
By month 12: a documented social framework and operating model that lets the function grow into a pod.
Easy to miss: US posts that ship overnight for Stockholm without a review from creative leadership, and a weekly read on platform and trend shifts that changes what the team makes.
Own social creative for the US, from idea to published post.
Shoot and edit your own still and motion content, fast.
Run the editorial toolbox: apply each category look, tools and audience, and decide when to break it.
Draft captions and copy, with Marketing owning strategy, tent-pole moments and the calendar.
Direct freelance videographers and other external partners on location.
Track platform and algorithm shifts weekly, and say what you would change.
A portfolio of social-first work you shot, edited and published yourself, still and motion, at a steady cadence.
Evidence of leading work end to end, from idea to shoot to published post, with outcomes you can state.
Evidence of working inside an editorial or design system, and knowing when to push against it.
Platform judgment for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, backed by a current view of trends.
Proven autonomy: making and owning calls without sign-off across a six-hour time difference.
US-based, and able to travel for one to two weeks on location.
Ability to leverage AI when appropriate; AI should speed up ideation, tagging, rough cuts and caption drafts, with a person checking quality and tone. It should not decide what is published, and it is not used for anything involving membersโ health information or sign-off.
Experience directing a videographer, agency or freelancers.
Background at a direct-to-consumer, health, tech, and consumer goods.
Experience building a social framework or content design system, or supporting a location launch.
We use a simplified internal title framework that prioritises clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market-facing role titles. Scope, impact and level of the role are fully aligned and will be clearly discussed throughout the process.
Candidates progress from application and structured screening through thoughtfully designed interviews, culminating in a formal offer and final pre-employment checks before joining the team.
Neko Health is committed to inclusive hiring and member-first care. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and encourage you to request reasonable adjustments to support your application.
