What you'll deliver in the first 6-12 Month
Build strong collaboration with architecture, product design and engineering teams across hardware and spatial design
Contribute to the development of current proprietary medical hardware and deliver early concepts, prototypes, and design studies for the next-generation scanning systems
Strengthen the mock-up and prototyping process as key design iteration tools
Develop relationships with vendors to support high quality delivery and scalability
Become a brand guardian with hardware to ensure development honors our experience principles by connecting customer experience to operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field
Several years of experience designing complex physical products or hardware systems
Strong CAD skills (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, Fusion 360, Revit or similar)
Experience collaborating with mechanical and electrical engineering teams
Understanding of manufacturing processes such as rapid prototyping, injection moulding, CNC machining, and sheet metal fabrication
Experience with prototyping and iterative product development
Strong visual communication and concept development skills
Interest in human centered experiences and technology.
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, multidisciplinary environment
Own the Interactive Avatars API from closed beta to general availability, shaping the developer experience, real-time quality, roadmap, and commercial model for a platform developers can trust in production.
Shape how Mintel’s data and capabilities are delivered through client integrations, using client discovery and technical insight to make outputs clear, trustworthy, and valuable across customer systems.
Set strategy and lead the roadmap for Okta Identity Governance, translating customer needs into high-quality features while partnering with engineering, design, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
Set product strategy and lead cross-functional delivery for task relationships, scheduling, and approvals, keeping complex enterprise plans trustworthy as people and AI agents make changes.
Own the lifecycle of AI-powered healthcare enterprise products, turning customer-specific solutions into scalable offerings through product strategy, customer discovery, cross-functional development, launch, and commercialization.
