Proactively identify and create expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell) and drive them from first signal to closed-won
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, tying capabilities directly to measurable business outcomes and ROI to build the case for broader investment
Challenge leaders on their current processes and champion organisational change, positioning monday as the platform to scale it
Develop and run internal advocacy and adoption programmes within customer organisations to build champions, deepen usage, and open doors to new buying groups
Maintain deep expertise in the monday platform and use it to shape compelling, value-based commercial conversations
Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales Leadership to protect the base, accelerate growth, and feed customer insights back into the business
