  • Own the architecture and production delivery of knowledge agents, indexing, content, communications, onboarding, simulations, certifications, and analytics.
  • Govern content quality and AI-consumability, maintaining a single source of truth and deciding what is ready to be indexed.
  • Run a unified pipeline for product launches, technology rollouts, and process or policy changes, with clear completion standards.
  • Use question telemetry to identify and close knowledge gaps, report progress, and scale regional wins globally.
  • Partner with engineering, RevOps, Product, PMM, and Field Revenue Excellence while contributing hands-on to priority initiatives.

Full job description

monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.

Our revenue organization just redesigned itself around AI, not as an add-on, but as the engine. The AI backbone now carries knowledge, learning, content, communications, onboarding and gap resolution across every region, 24/7, without a human dispatcher. We built the prototype ourselves and it works. This role leads the team that turns it into real infrastructure, and sets the standard for what the revenue org is allowed to know.

The Center of Revenue Excellence (CORE) is built on a simple premise: AI carries the scale, humans carry the judgment. Platform & Knowledge is the team that owns the machinery and the truth: the agents, the knowledge they answer from, and the learning and content that flow through them. You will lead that team, and you will build alongside it.

About The Role

  • Lead the Platform & Knowledge team. Manage a team of Knowledge Architects, Learning Design Managers, and AI Builders. Set the bar for each craft, grow people into specializations, and build the team's capacity to ship without you in the room.

  • Own the AI backbone. Knowledge agents, the Knowledge Command Center and indexing architecture, the content creation engine, communications, AI-centered onboarding, simulation practice, AI-run certifications, and the analytics behind them. You own how each is architected, built, and brought to production.

  • Govern the truth. Enforce AI-consumability standards and a single source of truth. Content below standard does not get indexed, and you are the one who says so, first-line, and escalates only when you need leadership backing.

  • Run the program supply chain. Every product launch, tech-stack rollout, and process or policy change flows through one pipeline with one definition of done: indexed, governed, and the agent answers correctly.

  • Close the loop. Turn question telemetry into gap detection, resolution, and a monthly gap-closure report that is generated, not compiled. Receive bottom-up wins from regional teams, re-author them to standard, and scale them globally, with the originating team keeping credit and a design seat.

  • Partner across the company. Run the day-to-day relationship with BigBrain and BizApps engineering, RevOps, Product, and PMM: shared roadmap, integration surfaces, reliability. Pair with Field Revenue Excellence on major initiatives so that you own the what and why, and they own the how and when.

  • Build, not just manage. This is a player-coach role. You carry hands-on implementation work on selected top-tier initiatives alongside your leadership responsibilities.

A real example of the work

Reps in one region aren't running AI discovery well. Telemetry confirms it's global, not local. Your domain owners scope the gap and define the solution: a new mode for the knowledge agent, "Disco Coach." As Team Lead you make sure the content behind it is verified and governed before it is indexed, you decide the architecture with your AI Builders and engineering partners, and you hold the definition of done: the agent answers correctly, and the gap closes in the data. Then you read the next telemetry report and decide what to fix next.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS, including 2+ leading a team. You have managed specialists, set standards, and developed people. You do not need to have run a large org, and you have kept building while you led.

  • Real AI implementation experience. You have designed and shipped AI systems that people use daily: agents, retrieval and RAG patterns, MCP and integrations, automation. You can make architecture calls, read the trade-offs on cost, accuracy, and reliability, and know where these systems fail.

  • Knowledge and enablement fluency. You understand knowledge management, content governance, instructional design, and how people actually learn and find answers at work. Experience with knowledge bases, search, LMS, certification, or simulation tooling is a strong advantage.

  • Governance with spine. You can hold a standard, say no, and carry first-line pushback with senior stakeholders, and you know when to escalate.

  • Product and program instincts. You can take a problem from 30,000 feet to a sequenced, MVP-first plan, and run a supply chain with a clear definition of done across multiple change types.

  • Cross-functional partnership. You have worked with engineering, RevOps, Product, or sales organizations, and you can run a shared roadmap with partners whose priorities you do not control.

  • Analytical mindset. You treat telemetry as a product: demand, gaps, trust, and attribution. You measure application, not just consumption.

  • Ownership over heroics. You document, you build for handover, and you design teams and systems so that nothing critical depends on one person.

  • Strong written and spoken communication in English, for technical and non-technical audiences alike. Experience in or alongside a global revenue organization is a strong advantage, as is familiarity with monday.com's products.

What monday.com can offer you

  • Join a team that redesigned itself from the bottom up and got to keep the design. Transparency and ownership are how we actually operate, not things we put on a wall.

  • Lead the function that owns the AI backbone for an entire global revenue organization, with a clear mandate, real decision rights, and executive sponsorship behind it.

  • Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide.

  • Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles. We believe people should share in our success.

  • Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons. The industry moves quick and so do we.

  • A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more.
