Als Teamleitung Buchhaltung übernehmen Sie die fachliche Verantwortung für unser Rechnungswesen.
Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
Führung des Buchhaltungsteams inklusive Planung und Zuteilung der monatlichen Aufgabengebiete
Operative Mitarbeit in der Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere in den Bereichen:
Kreditorenbuchhaltung
Debitorenbuchhaltung
Anlagenbuchhaltung
Bankbuchungen und Zahlungsverkehr
Unterstützung und Mitarbeit in der Konzernbuchhaltung
Abstimmung der Intercompany-Konten mit Tschechien und Mexiko
Pflege der Konzernkonten sowie Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen Kontenrahmens
Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und internen Ansprechpartnern
Erstellung und Überwachung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen im Rechnungswesen
