We are growing and opening a position for an IT Support Specialist (Ukraine).
This is an hybrid role. We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support Specialist who can ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations in our office in Kyiv. The role is focused on end-user support, hardware setup, and basic infrastructure troubleshooting.
What you’ll do:

- Perform visual diagnostics of equipment (checking cable connections, indicators, hardware condition).

- Assist with basic server-related tasks (understanding of server operations and ability to escalate if needed).
- Maintain IT inventory and keep documentation up to date.
- Coordinate with global IT teams when required.
