· Develop the channel network: Assess market coverage, identify gaps, and establish partners capable of selling and supporting complex semiconductor equipment.
· Lead joint business planning: Create annual and quarterly plans with each distributor that define revenue targets, priority accounts, pipeline goals, marketing activities, training needs, investment commitments, and ownership of next steps.
· Increase distributor productivity: Train partner sales and technical teams on Forge Nano products, applications, competitive positioning, qualification criteria, and sales processes so they can create and advance opportunities effectively.
· Build and convert pipeline: Drive disciplined opportunity development with distributors, conduct regular deal reviews, remove commercial and technical barriers, and support negotiations through order closure.
· Expand strategic accounts: Work alongside distributors to develop relationships with semiconductor manufacturers, advanced-packaging companies, research institutes, and other priority customers throughout Europe.
· Generate market demand: Plan and execute joint campaigns, customer workshops, demonstrations, trade shows, and account-based programs that increase awareness and create qualified leads.
· Manage partner performance: Establish scorecards and review distributor results against revenue, pipeline, activity, training, and customer-coverage commitments; implement improvement plans or channel changes when performance falls short.
· Own forecasting and CRM discipline: Maintain accurate distributor, account, opportunity, and forecast data in HubSpot, providing leadership with timely visibility into expected revenue, risks, and required actions.
· Represent the voice of the market: Gather customer and distributor insight on applications, pricing, competitors, and unmet needs to guide regional strategy, product priorities, and commercial decisions.
· Coordinate cross-functional support: Align applications, engineering, marketing, operations, and service resources to help distributors win business and deliver a consistent customer experience from initial engagement through equipment deployment.
