Provide technical support to merchants implementing payment processing, troubleshoot integrations and incidents, coordinate with internal teams, and improve integration tools while managing multiple customer projects.
Leads hands-on PACS implementation delivery, including system builds, integrations, and imaging migrations, while coordinating and mentoring engineers and ensuring healthcare systems interoperate reliably.
Configure Oracle Fusion Service for service request and work-order processes, lead discovery and design workshops, prepare functional and training materials, and guide testing, go-live, and hypercare.
Implements faculty information systems for higher-education institutions, mapping academic processes, configuring platforms and integrations, planning data migration and accreditation reporting, and training faculty and administrators.
Own customer data integrations from technical discovery through delivery and ongoing support, coordinating with customer IT and internal teams to ensure secure, reliable data flows and scalable integration processes.
