Own relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients, advising senior decision-makers on growth strategy and using performance data to identify retention, expansion, and acquisition opportunities.
Partner Success Specialist
π Description
- Own the relationships that grow Figured's footprint across Australia.
- Get new partners up and running properly, not just switched on.
- Train users to integrate Figured into their workflows seamlessly.
- Identify opportunities for deeper engagement with existing partners.
- Understand partners' clients beyond just their login activity.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on market needs.
π οΈ Requirements
- A track record somewhere that put you close to farm financials: an accounting practice, agribusiness banking, rural insurance, or agri consulting
- Commercial instinct: you can build a relationship, spot an opportunity, and make a case for it without a script
- A genuine connection to agriculture is not essential, but itβll help: farming background, family on the land, or real hands-on experience in the sector
- Self-sufficiency. You won't have someone checking in on you daily, and you shouldn't need it
- The ability to explain something complicated simply, whether that's to a farmer, a practice manager, or a bank manager
Full job description
Farm advisers are drowning in disconnected numbers. Livestock counts in one place, production data in another, budgets rebuilt from scratch every season because the last spreadsheet broke. Figured connects it all, so the people advising farmers can actually advise them, instead of chasing numbers.
We're already proven in New Zealand, where we're the market leader. It's proven and landing fast in Australia too, and we're growing quickly here. We're a small team doing a lot, and we need someone who can match that pace.
What you'd be doing
You'd own the relationships that grow Figured's footprint across Australia, working with the accounting firms and advisers who bring Figured to their clients.
Get new partners up and running properly, not just switched on
Train the people using Figured so it becomes how they work, not an extra step
Spot where there's room to go deeper with an existing partner and make the case for it
Get close enough to the work that you understand your partners' clients, not just their login activity
Feed what you're hearing on the ground back to our product team, so what we build actually reflects what the market needs
Who we're looking for
Even with no direct ag or software experience, if you have transferable finance skills and this role lights you up - letβs talk. What matters more is the right mix, which might look something like this:
A track record somewhere that put you close to farm financials: an accounting practice, agribusiness banking, rural insurance, or agri consulting
Commercial instinct: you can build a relationship, spot an opportunity, and make a case for it without a script
A genuine connection to agriculture is not essential, but itβll help: farming background, family on the land, or real hands-on experience in the sector
Self-sufficiency. You won't have someone checking in on you daily, and you shouldn't need it
The ability to explain something complicated simply, whether that's to a farmer, a practice manager, or a bank manager
Why this role
Australia is our fastest growing market, and that means it's breeding opportunities as it grows. You'd be joining a small, tight-knit team that moves fast and backs each other, not a big corporate structure with layers between you and the decision. Get in now and there's a genuine path to grow with the market, whether that's owning more territory yourself or stepping into a bigger role as the team builds out.
Based in Melbourne. Some travel to visit partners across Australia and to New Zealand HQ.
