Full job description
We are Emma – The Sleep Company. Founded in 2015, we have grown into the world’s largest direct-to-consumer (D2C) sleep brand, with a presence in over 20 markets and more than 35 Emma stores across Europe.
Our mission is simple: to develop sleep comfort products that empower our customers to awaken their best every day. Today, our products are trusted by millions and recommended by leading consumer associations worldwide.
It’s our people who bring this mission to life. At Emma, you’ll join a driven, international team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous knowledge sharing. With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.
Ready to awaken your best with us?
The role
You own how our partners connect to Emma: the warehouses that receive stock and orders, the last-mile carriers that deliver, and the return carriers that bring products back. You cover our e-commerce operations and our B2B channels across Europe.
This is a new role. You will not only deliver integrations, you will also improve our current standards and create new ones, so every new partner connects the same clear way. You work day to day with Logistics Managers (last mile and warehouses), Order Management, Tech, and our external partners.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end integration projects for warehouses, last-mile carriers and return carriers, from kickoff to go-live.
- Plan and run UAT and end-to-end testing across systems and partners: define test scenarios, track issues to resolution and give clear go or no-go recommendations.
- Apply and improve our integration guidelines and documentation: create standard templates, checklists and playbooks, and help shape the new set of standards our integrations need to match.
- Support post go-live monitoring and hypercare, resolve issues and hand over to business-as-usual owners.
- Steer external and internal partners: keep them updated, and challenge their timelines and solutions when they do not add up.
- Work closely with Logistics Managers (last mile and warehouses), Order Management and Tech.
