Conduct deep fundamental research on software & technology companies
Perform strategic due diligence and financial analysis on publicly listed and privately owned software & technology companies
Leverage both quantitative modeling and qualitative insights generation through expert interviews
Collaborate with a strong team of peers and experienced ex-Tier 1 management consultants contributing to the research
Deliver high-quality and valuable deliverables that will support decision-making on multi-million investments
Communicate your research findings internally and externally
Naturally grow in the team to take on more and more responsibilities and develop yourself as a strong professional
Daily monitoring of the already identified companies
Preparation of financial research and analysis, strategic screening, and communication materials for our members
Leading interviews in English with professional experts

You are a Tier 1 engineering/business school graduate specializing in Business/Corporate business/Corporate finance/Engineering/Strategy
You have 3-4 years of relevant experience in strategy and business (with several internships in finance/tech/startup or corporate company)
You have excellent analysis skills and excellent Excel abilities
You deliver strong verbal presentations and great slides to support it
You have a strong strategic thinking mind - you know how to look for key inputs and do smart correlations
Strong oral and written communication skills in English are a must. French, German, or Italian language ability is a plus.
You like collaborating as a team and delivering your best as an individual

Conduct fundamental research, strategic due diligence, and financial analysis on software and technology companies, combining quantitative modelling with expert interviews to inform investment decisions.
Provides research, financial analysis, investor communications, and operational support for the Investor Relations team, preparing executive materials and monitoring market, peer, and investor activity.
Turn financial and commercial data into decision-ready insights, evaluate business performance and ROI, and build automated analytical workflows in partnership with Finance, Data Engineering, and Data Science.
Analyze restaurant partner performance, billing, and revenue to identify risks and growth opportunities, build forecasting models, and deliver actionable insights that support retention and business decisions.
Support Cloudflare’s investor relations and strategic finance work by managing earnings materials, financial models, investor engagement, and leadership analyses with a high standard of accuracy.
