As a Strategic Solutions Architect on the Digital Natives team, you will shape the future of the big data landscape of one of the largest global tech companies by working with the most sophisticated data engineering and data science teams.
Reporting to the Field Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with customer stakeholders, product teams, and the broader customer-facing team to develop architectures and solutions using our platform and APIs. You will guide one of our largest AI native customers through the competitive landscape, best practices, and implementation; and develop technical champions along the way.

Lead customer technical strategy as a Solutions Architect, designing production-grade data and AI platforms, advising senior technical stakeholders, and driving Databricks adoption from discovery through deployment and growth.
Build technical partnerships with system integrators and cloud providers, develop joint AI solutions, support strategic customer deals, and relay partner feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
Define end-to-end solution architectures for digital products and banking platforms, guiding integration, technology choices, security, cloud modernization, and engineering teams across complex financial systems.
Lead customer-facing payment architecture from discovery through implementation handoff, designing secure, scalable integrations and translating complex payment needs into technical strategy and business value.
Design and deliver large-scale Cloudera data solutions for enterprise customers, combining client-facing consulting with architecture, implementation, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
