ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking ambitious, professional, and results-driven Telesales Executives to generate qualified appointments for our Field Assessors. The role focuses on engaging business owners, occupiers, property managers, and finance decision makers to identify opportunities for business rates savings and secure appointments relating to potential Business Rates Appeals under the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) Check, Challenge, Appeal (CCA) process. The VOA allows ratepayers to challenge their business rates valuation through the Check, Challenge, Appeal process in England and Wales. [gov.uk], [gov.uk]
The successful candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, identifying qualifying circumstances, overcoming objections, and creating high-quality appointment opportunities that convert into client instructions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective commercial property occupiers and owners.
- Identify businesses that may have grounds for a Business Rates Appeal or review.
