Our Service Center is open Monday –Thursday 7 am to 7 pm and Friday 7 am to 5 pm.

Provide customer service, sales, appointment-setting, lead-generation, or administrative support for US-based clients, handling customer communications, lead follow-up, CRM records, and day-to-day business operations.
Support customers by phone, email, and video throughout the digital car-rental pick-up process, resolving questions, finalizing bookings, and recommending services in German, English, and Spanish.
Guide customers through reservations and digital vehicle pick-up by phone, email, and video, resolving questions and coordinating with international stations to ensure a smooth start to their journey.
Handle inbound calls from customers moving home, cancelling or transferring services, and new occupiers, using active listening and persuasive sales skills to offer suitable products and meet service and sales targets.
Help German-speaking customers choose travel products and services through friendly, tailored phone support, building product expertise while delivering an effortless customer experience.
