As a Remote USRN Trainer, you'll provide virtual clinical support while training and mentoring remote healthcare teams. You'll conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, oversee clinical documentation, support compliance, and help ensure staff are confident, competent, and equipped to deliver high-quality care.

Trains Registered Behavior Technicians to use clinical software, monitors session records for accuracy and completion, and follows up on outstanding documentation to support compliance and timely workflows.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs across patient and provider products for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness, while refining evaluation rubrics and collaborating with clinical and product teams.
Manage behavioral health insurance authorizations for PHP and IOP treatment, coordinating reviews, appeals, and payer requirements to support medical necessity and continuity of care.
