Join a 10-person engineering team as its first product engineer, working closely with the CTO in a hybrid New York City role. You will take customer problems from conversation through launch and adoption, combining full-stack engineering with product judgment to shape AI-powered workflows.
Talk with customers, use the product firsthand, and turn ambiguous needs into straightforward solutions.
Build full-stack agents and features that connect models with tools, data, and customer-facing interfaces.
Develop workflows such as turning campaign briefs into contests and helping creators move from invitation to published content.
Test brand and creator experiences end to end, then improve them using customer feedback, usage data, and agent evaluations.
Use AI coding tools to work efficiently, verify their output, and collaborate through clear decisions, demos, and code reviews.
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Experience shipping and maintaining products across the frontend and backend, including customer-facing web application features.
Experience with APIs and web service design.
Experience using AI tools to build agents or AI-powered features.
Background in creator marketing or e-commerce is relevant.
Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually.

Own product features end to end, from customer discovery and rapid experimentation through full-stack implementation and production, using customer feedback and metrics to guide product decisions.
Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, building React and Next.js interfaces alongside C#/.NET services and APIs, integrating databases, and contributing to testing, code quality, and continuous improvement.
Build and scale full-stack features for the SonoSim LMS, owning work from database schema and backend services through polished UI delivery while collaborating across teams and repositories.
As a Fullstack Developer, you'll enhance our core product by implementing complex workflows and building AWS infrastructure while fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Build scalable, responsive software for Box’s next-generation Metadata Platform, contributing across frontend and backend development, API and service design, engineering standards, documentation, and operational support.
