- Manage and develop a squad of 4-5 engineers, including hiring and performance management.
- Own end-to-end delivery for your squad, from sprint planning to operational health.
- Write and ship code alongside your team, contributing to production.
- Ensure quality and performance, fostering a healthy on-call culture.
- Collaborate with Product and Design on project scope and planning.
🛠️ Requirements
- 2+ years in people management responsibilities.
- Current hands-on coding ability and desire to continue coding.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools to enhance team output.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Design, and Analytics.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Ruby, React Native, AWS services, and Distributed Systems.
