Handle customer inquiries for an e-commerce platform through calls, chats, and email, resolving after-sales issues and supporting customer satisfaction while mentoring and training new team members.
Support clients and providers across chat, messaging, and phone by resolving technical, insurance, and billing questions with empathy, accuracy, and ownership while identifying ways to improve the customer experience.
Handle Dutch-speaking customers’ after-sales questions by phone, chat, and email, resolving issues with orders, payments, and complaints while supporting customer satisfaction and new team members.
Support users by resolving app issues, explaining functionality, documenting interactions, and sharing feedback to improve products while building trust through empathetic service.
Support B2B merchants across calls, live chat, and tickets, resolving shipping and platform issues while guiding customers, managing a busy queue, and escalating recurring problems.
