📜 Description
- Coordinate and administer learning and development interventions.
- Support training needs assessments using development plans, performance results, surveys, data, and stakeholder discussions.
- Prepare and support delivery of internal learning activities, including presentations, guides, materials, and communications.
- Administer the Learning Management System, maintain training records, and support employees.
- Prepare reports and evaluate learning programmes using participation data, feedback, and other assessment methods.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers, maintain CPD records, and support People & Culture projects.
🛠️ Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training coordination or a related field
- Experience working with a Learning Management System, HR system or learning platform
- Experience supporting workshops, leadership programmes or blended learning initiatives
- Knowledge of HRDA training schemes and subsidy processes
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, dependable and solutions-oriented approach
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
- Confidence working with different stakeholders across a multinational workforce
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
