Workstate is seeking an ET NetSuite Developer to join our expert team in support of an enterprise ERP transition. In this role, you will provide hands-on NetSuite development and support while helping maintain critical current-state functionality during a broader migration effort.
As a key contributor, you will work with technical, functional, and business stakeholders to understand existing NetSuite customizations, integrations, workflows, and data dependencies. This role requires strong NetSuite development experience, practical ERP knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot production needs while supporting the successful transition of required functionality to the target platform.
This position is remote-friendly and available to residents of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in their country of residence.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated some of the following skills professionally, but not necessarily all:
Maintain and develop Comarch BSS billing systems, investigating issues, monitoring integrations and performance, and contributing to platform reliability, upgrades, and technical improvements.
Build and operate AI-powered research products for professional investors, owning full-stack features, data pipelines, agent-based extraction systems, and production infrastructure from development through release.
Own a core engineering domain end to end, building and shipping multimodal AI agents for customer conversations while shaping product decisions through customer feedback.
Improve product security and privacy by writing software, auditing features for weaknesses, and guiding engineering decisions with threat modeling and practical security analysis.
Teach French alongside English or Spanish to adult professionals in small-group, immersive sessions, guiding real-world communication practice and providing feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and fluency.
