Full job description
Company Description
Wiser Solutions is a suite of in-store and eCommerce intelligence and execution tools. We're on a mission to enable brands, retailers, and retail channel partners to gather intelligence and automate actions to optimize pricing, marketing, and operations initiatives, both in-store and online. Our Commerce Execution Suite is available globally.
Job Description
We’re a B2B SaaS company in pricing and market intelligence, serving brands, manufacturers, and retailers. We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to win new business with large brands and retailers as we move upmarket.
This role is for someone who has closed big, complex deals and wants to do it again. You’ll own a $1.5M+ new business number and a named list of enterprise accounts. You’ll build your own pipeline, get in front of pricing, eCommerce, merchandising, and executive buyers, and close six-figure contracts through procurement, legal, and security review. You’ll tie Wiser’s data to outcomes that buyers care about: margin, price position, MAP compliance, and promotional performance. You may also take on select existing enterprise accounts where there’s clear room to grow, finding the white space and expanding the relationship. If you are comfortable with a 90 to 120-day sales cycle, getting the whole buying committee behind a deal, and walking away with a signed contract, this is built for you.
You’ll report to the VP of Sales and Marketing and work closely with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and the wider sales team to win new accounts and set them up to grow.
Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish is required for this position.
Essential Functions
Own the full sales cycle for new business with enterprise brands, manufacturers, and retailers, from first outreach to signed contract.
Build and work a named list of target accounts, with a territory plan that puts the highest-value opportunities first.
Map each target account’s buying committee across pricing, eCommerce, merchandising, sales, and executive leadership, and build relationships well beyond your first point of contact.
Lead discovery that uncovers core business problems and ties Wiser’s data to outcomes buyers care about: margin, price position, MAP compliance, and promotional performance.
Build proposals and business cases that hold up to finance, procurement, and executive review.
Negotiate commercial terms and work deals through legal, security, and procurement.
Run tailored product demos over Microsoft Teams and in person.
Where assigned, grow select existing enterprise accounts: find the white space in product adoption, regions, and categories, and work with Customer Success through renewals to expand the relationship.
Use our sales stack (Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Claude) to research accounts, build pipeline, and keep an accurate forecast.
Share what you hear in the market to sharpen our ICP, messaging, collateral, and prospecting approach.
Maintain regular and reliable work attendance.
