🛠️ Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation and transformation projects, with significant experience in SAP architecture or solution architecture roles.
  • Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and complex, multi-module SAP environments.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Logistics, particularly SAP SD and MM, with a solid understanding of end-to-end OTC and P2P processes.
  • Proven experience designing end-to-end enterprise or solution architectures for large-scale SAP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration across Logistics and other business functions, including FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and related SAP and non-SAP solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Full job description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Enterprise Architect with a strong Logistics background to join our team and lead SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation initiatives for international clients. In this role, you will be responsible for defining enterprise architecture strategies, designing end-to-end SAP solutions, and ensuring alignment between business objectives, processes, and technology. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across SAP Logistics, particularly Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM), combined with strong experience in complex SAP transformation programs. You will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, lead architecture discussions and customer workshops, and provide strategic guidance throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the enterprise architecture design for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, operating models, and technology roadmaps.
  • Define end-to-end SAP solution architectures across Logistics, with a strong focus on SAP SD and MM and their integration with other SAP modules and solutions.
  • Assess current-state architectures and define target architectures, transition roadmaps, and transformation strategies.
  • Translate complex business requirements and strategic objectives into scalable, sustainable, and integrated SAP solutions.
  • Provide architectural leadership across SAP Logistics processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory management, purchasing, sales, delivery, shipping, and related processes.
  • Define and govern integration approaches between SAP S/4HANA and other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Lead architecture workshops with senior business and IT stakeholders to establish solution principles, evaluate options, and drive architectural decisions.
  • Ensure solution designs follow SAP best practices, enterprise architecture principles, and appropriate governance standards.
  • Identify architectural risks, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities and develop appropriate mitigation and resolution strategies.
  • Provide architectural guidance to functional, technical, and development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Review and validate functional and technical solution designs to ensure consistency with the overall enterprise architecture.
  • Support program leadership with architecture decisions, solution governance, and strategic technology recommendations.
  • Contribute to presales activities, including solution strategy, architecture proposals, client presentations, estimations, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Mentor and provide architectural guidance to senior consultants and solution architects.

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation and transformation projects, with significant experience in SAP architecture or solution architecture roles.

  • Experience with multiple full-cycle SAP implementations and/or large-scale SAP transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration across Logistics and other business functions, including FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and related SAP and non-SAP solutions.
  • Experience defining target architectures, solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and architectural principles.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, SAP best practices, and modern SAP transformation approaches.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives, senior business stakeholders, IT leadership, and technical teams and translate between business and technology perspectives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead architecture workshops and drive complex architectural decisions across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience providing architectural governance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business and technology landscapes.
  • Experience mentoring senior consultants and architects and providing technical and strategic leadership.
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is an asset.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Valid passport and a valid U.S. B1/B2 visa.
  • Willingness and availability to travel approximately 40%–60% of the time to client sites, including international travel as required by the project.
