As our Financial Aid Administrator (FAA), you will meet and communicate with current, prospective and alumni students to guide them through the financial aid process. As an FAA, you will report directly to the Director of Financial Aid. You will be responsible for administering, determining eligibility, and processing student financial aid to maintain positive cash flow, in addition to other related tasks for the financial aid department.

Pay Range: $23-$32 (Depending on level of Title IV experience)

Manage FEMA Sandy funding and budgets by forecasting cash receipts, tracking spending, ensuring accurate revenue and expenditure reporting, and supporting grant reimbursements, closeout, and audits.
Reconcile healthcare revenue-cycle transactions across bank records, billing systems, payer portals, and reports; resolve account discrepancies, maintain accurate documentation, and improve reporting and workflows.
Originate, structure, underwrite, and close community development loans in Illinois, managing transactions from business development through portfolio support while advising borrowers and partners.
Own equipment and supply-chain financial planning, connecting supplier commitments, purchasing, deployment, depreciation, inventory exposure, and cash forecasts to infrastructure investment decisions.
Monitor and improve finance systems and data flows, investigate reporting and reconciliation issues, and support system administration, controls, and the transition to a new general ledger and data platform.
