THE TEAM:
The Real Estate Paralegal will play a key role at Unison. We seek a real estate professional with an eye for detail who is experienced in multi-jurisdictional practice and will accelerate transactions to closing. Reporting to the Managing Director, Legal, the paralegal will work remotely full-time from their home office.

Join a leading insurance defense litigation firm as a paralegal, where you'll manage a high volume caseload and support attorneys in all phases of litigation.
Join a remote team as a Commercial Real Estate Litigation Paralegal, managing California unlawful detainer cases and collaborating closely with attorneys and clients.
The Paralegal will provide essential administrative support to the Legal Department, focusing on corporate governance, compliance, and managing legal documentation.
The Paralegal will support Teamshares' legal team with various projects, manage acquisition processes, and ensure compliance as the company transitions to a publicly traded entity.
Provide high-level legal and administrative support to the General Counsel and the Legal function, focusing on contract management and compliance in a defense and aerospace context.
