Support a global planning and resource management platform by resolving stakeholder requests, investigating issues, maintaining processes and documentation, and coordinating testing, enhancements, and user adoption.
Own employee IT systems across onboarding, access changes, offboarding, device management, and support while building reliable identity integrations and automation and maintaining day-to-day security and SOC 2 controls.
Provide Windows desktop, user, hardware, network, and cloud support for a client, troubleshooting connectivity and systems while maintaining backups and documenting support work.
Provide first-line technical support to staff, managing Service Desk incidents and requests from initial contact through resolution while delivering customer service and meeting team performance targets.
