TSMG is looking for contributors to support an AI language project focused on improving speech recognition systems.
You will review AI-generated transcripts and convert them into a natural, readable text format by applying punctuation, capitalization, and formatting rules. This is not a traditional transcription project—you will not transcribe audio or rewrite the content.

Review and annotate video and audio clips, evaluate AI-generated descriptions, and flag moderation concerns to improve AI accuracy, content understanding, and output quality.
Operate mills and mixers to weigh, blend, grind, adjust, filter, package, and label raw materials into high-quality printing ink while following batch instructions and safety procedures.
Monitor enterprise systems for performance and uptime, respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and support deployments, security activities, and maintenance across infrastructure and cross-functional teams.
Support adult nonfiction Christian publishing by evaluating submissions, researching titles and market trends, and contributing editorial insights and positioning materials throughout the publishing process.
Evaluate children's Christian and general-market book submissions, prepare reader reports, learn editorial administration, and contribute reading insights in virtual meetings with the WaterBrook editorial team.
