We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across APAC.
It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.
This is a hybrid role with some office time (3 days per week).
You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

Own end-to-end hiring across key commercial business areas
Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months
🔍 What You Bring:
5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record across GTM/Sales hiring
Fluent in English
Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
Ability to build strong, trusted partnerships with our client
Manage full-cycle recruiting across scientific, clinical, technical, commercial, and corporate functions, building talent pipelines and delivering a smooth candidate experience in a biopharmaceutical environment.
Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and technical teams, partnering with hiring managers to scope roles, build talent pipelines, run structured interviews, and close strong candidates.
Own full-cycle recruiting for Notion’s People, Legal, and Finance teams, partnering with hiring leaders and developing creative sourcing strategies to find specialized talent and deliver thoughtful candidate experiences.
Own full-cycle technical and product recruitment across a portfolio of 10–15 roles, using proactive sourcing, pipeline data and hiring-manager partnership to build high-performing teams.
Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and go-to-market roles in North American time zones, building candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and improving scalable recruiting processes.
