The role
We are seeking a senior B2C Solution Architect to join our dynamic team fulltime. In this pivotal role, you will design and architect end-to-end solutions leveraging Salesforce Core Platform, Service Cloud, Data 360, and Marketing Cloud Engagement/Next to drive our B2C transformation initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product leads, analysts, and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions. A deep understanding of Salesforce data models, asynchronous integration patterns, and cross-cloud B2C architecture is essential.

This permanent position combines client-facing delivery, solution architecture, and practice development. Initially, you will play a key role in helping one of our clients enhance and mature their Microsoft Sentinel capability.
Design and lead scalable insurance solutions on the InsureMO platform, integrating core systems, APIs, microservices, and AI/ML capabilities to support MGA operations and digital transformation.
