- Bridge the gap: Act as the ethos bridge between Marketing and Product, ensuring visual fluency and a seamless design language.
- Iterate on growth: Use your product mindset to optimize high-traffic marketing surfaces, driving conversion through world-class design.
- Embed within Product: Spend ~20% of your time integrated with the product team, contributing to the design system and high-visibility product moments.
- Set the standard: Continually push the ceiling for what quality looks like at Tavus, maintaining an impeccable bar for IA, messaging logic, and typography.

- PALs combine the emotional intelligence of humans with the reach and reliability of machines, making them capable, trusted agents available 24/7, in every language, on our terms.
- About the Position As Brand & Product Designer , you will be the connective tissue between how the world perceives Tavus and how they experience it.
- You will spend roughly 80% of your time pushing the boundaries of our brand: crafting high-fidelity web experiences, cinematic marketing assets, and narrative-driven campaigns.
- You’ll ensure visual fluency and a seamless design language that carries the user’s experience from their first ad-click to their 100th persona deployment.
