All of our PTs work 100% from home. This is a variable hour position with hours assigned weekly based on business needs. While hours will vary between 25-40 per week, the exact number of hours is determined by the company and may change week to week. Seasonal Physical Health Specialists must be available to work the assigned number of hours and cannot choose a specific number within that range.
Role Commitment & Schedule
This role guarantees a minimum of 25 hours per week, with opportunities to increase up to 40 hours as you build your caseload and grow with the team.
This is a seasonal position guaranteed for at least 3 months, with the potential for extension of another 3 months and conversion to a permanent role based on individual performance and business needs.

Job titles may span more than one career level, so actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and market demand, among other factors. The range reflects base salary plus any variable, bonus, or sales incentives, and our estimate of the value of private company stock options where applicable. Treat patients with musculoskeletal disorders through digital physical therapy, engaging members and supporting clinical outcomes while adapting care to evolving processes and technology.
Provide digital pelvic health support for members with musculoskeletal disorders, using clinical expertise and strong engagement to drive outcomes as part of a women's health care team.
Provide weekly virtual therapy to K–12 students, supporting their mental health and well-being through 45-minute sessions while handling a small share of administrative responsibilities.
Lead five to seven weekly telehealth therapy groups for perinatal and menopausal patients, collaborate with the clinical team, and contribute feedback to group curriculum development.
Provide weekly video therapy to assigned K–12 students and school staff, helping them improve their mental health through a primarily clinical practice with minimal administrative work.
